Tis the Season

Karen bought Leah a Santa dress, but most people think she looks more like an elf:
Leah wore her dress to our Christmas party at church. She wasn't very interested in Santa, but she loved the candy cane he gave her. At least she didn't cry like some of the other kids.
While Karen was busy taking pictures of all of the kids with Santa, Leah and I socialized. One of the tweens was so excited to play with Leah that she wandered off with her. After searching for a few minutes, I found the girl's mother and eventually got Leah back. The mother used the opportunity to teach her daughter a valuable lesson: "That's called kidnapping."
