Painting

Leah has had an easel since before she was born. A little bit before her fourth birthday - now that we actually have space for it -  she learned about it's existence.

This is a painting of "Cinderella" and her "tower." She's combining Cinderella and Rapunzel into one character.

I hope you notice the very pink wall behind her. The second she saw this room and its fabulous colors, she claimed it as her own. As tacky as the colors (yes, plural) are in her room, we'll leave that room alone until she's old enough to want to change it. The other three walls in her room are purple, yellow, and green. Yep, the former owners of this house had interesting taste in color.
